The rooms are top-notch and neat, with exceptionally comfortable beds and hypo-allergenic pillows. The staff is outstandingly accommodating, providing good customer service. Check-in is friendly, and they offer late check-out. The hotel features a lobby bar and a great pool.

I didn't have any time to take advantage of any of the facilities other than the room. What I saw was very pleasant. The location was perfect for where I was going. The decor is very modern and it was spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Traffic noise may be off putting to some.

Could have done with a little more light in the bathroom it was hard to see and a natural light would have been appreciated. Also, a magnifying mirror would have been great, although I did bring mine from home. More water pressure in the shower would have been bonus.

Convenient to the University. Very clean rooms. Comfy beds.

Had trouble with the door locking. Had to slam it several times for it to click. Also the a/c system was a little confusing since there were 2 controls and only one worked.

This venue is well-maintained with incredibly friendly staff who truly care about customer service.

The food was really good - nothing too fancy but reliable and tasty - and the service was helpful but unobtrusive. The toiletries were fairly high quality, having a desk and a large TV in the room was great and the internet was fast and dependable.

Unless you have a car, it's impossible to walk into Austin from this hotel - the highway is horrible to cross and getting a taxi back, unless you have an American mobile, can be pretty tricky. Not great for lone travellers from other countries, from this point of view.

First I would like to highlight the wonderful welcome we received at the hotel. The staff at the reception, in particular, Mr. John and Mr. Michael were incredibly friendly and helpful and assisted us in solving problems. If it were not for them, our arrival and stay in Austin would not have been so spectacular. We strongly recommend this hotel for location, cost benefit and excellent group of employees.

We love the location and the extra space with the pull out sofa! Also Tunisia who works at the front desk is exceptional at customer service. She just gets it-and quickly! You should promote her or at least hang on to her!!

The room here was very clean with two queen-sized beds and it even had wake-up service, which was nice.

Unbelievably high prices for breakfast, no coffee place nearby for a decent cup of coffee. Bad facilities.

The hotel is located close to Brackenridge Garage, our room was clean and modern with a nice bathroom, a comfortable bed and lovely bedding.

The rooms were neat and new-fashioned, with 2 queen beds. Location: the hotel was just next door to one of the lime scooters that are around and downtown for $ 10. The pool was great and I had complimentary drinks in the lobby bar...
